Why become a Enterprise Account Executive at Noggin?

You will be selling a game-changing tool that enables organisations to improve performance, executive oversight and turn chaos into order by managing disruption, smarter. You’ll be working within smart, collaborative and supportive sales team structure consisting of enterprise new business sales and non-enterprise sales team, customer success team and bid management team to drive our new product strategy to market.

As our Enterprise Account Executive, you will play an integral part in our sales function by building pipeline, developing and closing enterprise sales opportunities across APAC. You will be a part of a driven and collaborative sales team with mature sales processes and will be partnered with a dedicated sales development representative and an account executive targeting several industries as you work together in a territory pod.

You will own a series of core industries as a territory, develop annual territory plan and quarterly action plans focusing on demand drive across outbound marketing, partner pipeline, non-enterprise qualified deals to sell our next generation software solutions. What does it take to be a Noggin?

You have experience in the world of enterprise solution selling within the SaaS environment. You will have a strong understanding of contemporary risk management and business continuity best practices and you have relevant BCI/DRI credentials. You have a proven track record of high sales activity and adept at uncovering & understanding complex problems and demonstrating how Noggin's software solutions can solve these. You’re persistent, autonomous and methodical in your approach; and you project confidence to your peers and to your business stakeholders.

You communicate confidently and you know how to get buy-in across all levels of an organisation. You’re accustomed to CRM sales pipeline management and delivering accuracy of financial sales projections. You can master objections confidently and create urgency to buy and close business. You love the satisfaction that comes from turning “no” into “yes please!” with game-changing solutions.

What does success look like in this role?

In your first 3 months, you will have become fully acquainted with our products, solution areas and competitive landscape. You will focus on agreed demand drive campaigns, increasing your pipeline ratio and you will be able to present, demonstrate and effectively articulate Noggin’s value proposition to senior level stakeholders, overcome challenges , engage in meaningful conversations about solving their key business problems, and align timeline expectations  quickly to their buying process.

6 months in, you will have established a clear picture of your go-to-market sales territory strategy and you’ll have had several successes in executing this. Likewise, you will have a solid sales forecast and pipeline developing and you’ll have started to secure new business customers.

After 12 months, you have established, delivered and communicated a strong sales territory plan, hit quarterly action plan KPI’s and closed new business customers to hit your sales targets. You’ll have mastered the art of selling our solutions - the significant deals and successes you've had until that point are a testament to this. And you will have exceeded your targets with a healthy forecast for the following 12 months already in place.
