With a strong pipeline of large, complex and varied software implementations in our East Bay Office, we're looking to bring on board an Associate Implementation Consultant who will be working alongside our implementations team throughout the project life-cycle. Together, you will ensure that we gather clear requirements; design solutions that are practical and effective; configure these solutions into Noggin's software application; and then test these thoroughly before handing over to the client.

We will ensure that you have the right tools, knowledge and support to be successful as well as advance your career in business analysis and software implementation.

What does it take to be a Noggin? 

You have a college degree and experience as a Configuration Analyst / Implementation Consultant / Business Systems Analyst. You're passionate about taking complex subject matter and processes and translating these into highly usable software configurations.

You're a natural problem solver and an excellent communicator. You're well organised and structured in your approach ensuring that you never miss a deadline.

You're able to write clear, succinct business requirements and user stories that accurately reflect the clients needs.

You love getting elbows deep into software system configurations and then taking these through testing and UAT to ensure the quality of the solutions you deliver is exceptional.

What does success look like in this role? 

Month 3: You're be fully trained in the configuration of our software and you will have a solid understanding or our delivery methodology and processes.

Month 6: You're a valuable member of our Solution Delivery team and you have delivered some really great outcomes to clients. You may even have started to identify areas for improvement in our processes, systems or documentation.

Month 12 and beyond: You're able to design and develop highly usable solutions in our software (and test them) without significant involvement from your peers.  Plus you're confident in your ability to engage with customers unassisted and you will be ready to start to facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
