Why become a Graphic Designer at Noggin?
Here at Noggin, our game-changing software enables organizations and communities to turn chaos into order; from wildfires, to hurricanes, to counter-terrorism, our software solutions cover it all. Naturally, this means we’ve got some great stories to tell. As our Graphic Designer, you’ll use your design skills to help us tell those stories. You’ll have the opportunity to work across all design and media formats whether that’s web, mobile, video, illustrations, conceptual design, logos, print collateral – you name it!
You’ll be working in a small (but mighty) team; notorious for being top performers. Since you’ll be surrounded by the best, we will set you up for success and ensure you become the best graphic designer you can be. When it comes to cultivating our Noggins, we offer our people clear development paths and career opportunities. As we continue to grow, we’ll provide you with the guidance, support and resources you’ll need to accelerate your marketing career.
What does it take to be a Noggin?
As a Graphic Designer at Noggin, you’ll work with the marketing team to execute designs for marketing communications materials including digital web assets, landing pages, emails, blog posts, infographics, web ads, brochures and event swag. You’ll also execute designs for business and product materials including presentations, white papers, case studies, fact-sheets and product launch materials.
You’ll have some commercial design experience under your belt with a portfolio that showcases the consistent, high-quality work you’ve produced. Adobe creative suite is your bread and butter; you know Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat like the back of your hand. You’ve likely worked in fast paced, deadline driven environments and you’re accustomed to changing with the tide. You’re also no stranger to working with established processes and best practices. You’re an advocate for taking a thorough design brief and consistently use it as a compass for all design decisions.
What does success look like in this role?
Within your first 3 months you’ll have seamlessly integrated with the team and you’ll be well acquainted with our marketing and design objectives. 6 months in you’ll have worked on a variety of initiatives across the business, consistently delivering high quality work to deadline.
12 months and beyond, you’ll have started to contribute to Noggin’s overall design strategy and have received consistent positive feedback on your contributions and innovative ideas. You’ll be in discussions with your manager about possible paths of progression in your career with Noggin.
