As a new business Account Executive, you will be part of a driven and collaborative sales team with mature sales processes. You will be partnered with a BD (Territory Pod) aligned to the same industries. You will have demonstrated high sales activity driven experience with the ability to sell across all solutions to a clearly defined territory, qualifying leads, product demonstrations and converting to new business customers. Of course, your hard work and success will be commensurately rewarded with an uncapped commission structure. 

But other than financial incentives, we have clear segways to career development and succession planning for sales achievers to help you hone your skills and step into other roles or areas of the business, whether that be moving into our enterprise solutions team or working hands-on to implement our solution. What does it take to be a Noggin?

You’re no stranger to the world of sales, with a track record of success in selling business software/SaaS solutions. You’re adept at uncovering and understanding clients’ problems and demonstrating how Noggin’s software solutions can solve these. You’re familiar with leading software demonstrations in a way that speaks to each prospect and their needs specifically.

You communicate confidently and you know how to create buy-in and value-add across all levels of an organisation. You can master objections confidently and create urgency to buy and close business. You love the satisfaction that comes from turning “no” into “yes please!” with game-changing solutions. You’re smart, tenacious and you shine brightest bringing a deal across the line.

What does success look like in this role?

In your first 1-2 months, you will be inducted and have become fully acquainted with our products, defined territories, competitive landscape and an agreed sales action plan for the next 3-6 months. You will have pushed out demand drive campaigns, building pipeline, effectively articulate Noggin's value propositions, demo product, overcome prospect objections and engage in thoughtful conversations about buyer's needs and moving deals up the funnel.

Within 3 months, you have a steady pipeline built and have closed numerous deals and should be getting your first commission check! Our new clients have raved about the hard work you've put in to secure the best outcome for them and the way you've provided solutions to their problems.  

After 6 months, you will have considerable pipeline from multiple sources – SDR team, Marketing inbound, AE lead generation, partner alliances and had a solid track record for success. Your ability to get to the crux of each client's pain points has translated into fantastic results and you've consistently exceeded your KPIs & quarterly targets.
