As our Graduate Account Executive you will play an integral part in our growing sales team function by building pipeline, developing and closing small to medium sized sales across the Northern America region. You’ll be working within a growing, collaborative and supportive sales team structure consisting of enterprise new business sale, customer success team, channel sales and bid management team to drive our new product strategy to market.

Noggin’s integrated management platform is not a mundane run-of-the-mill software solution, you’ll be selling a game-changing tool that enables organisations to improve performance, executive oversight and turn chaos into order by managing disruption, smarter.

You will own a series of core industries as a territory, develop annual territory plan and quarterly action plans focusing on demand drive across outbound marketing, partner pipeline, non-enterprise qualified deals to sell our next generation software solutions. What does it take to be a Noggin?

You have a strong passion in software/technology, and you are a naturally born hunter. You’re adept at problem solving and understanding the customers’ needs and pain-points and can showcase how our software solutions can solve business problems.

You communicate confidently with different level of stakeholders as you create buy-in across all levels of an organisation. You know exactly what levers to pull and anticipate objections to close before they occur.  You love the satisfaction that comes from turning “no” into “yes please!”. You’re smart, tenacious and you shine brightest bringing a deal across the line.

What does success look like in this role?

In your first 3 months you will have learned from the ground up about software sales in a pure sales capacity. You have become fully acquainted with our products, solution areas and competitor markets. You will be able to effectively articulate Noggin’s value propositions, demo our products, overcome prospect objections and engage in thoughtful conversations about buyer’s needs.

6 months in, you understand how our product can solve business problems, our sales process and methodologies and would have built a steady pipeline and have closed numerous smaller deals. Our new clients have raved about the hard work you’ve put in to secure the best outcome for them and the way you’ve provided solutions to their problems.

After 12 months, you will have generated a large number of deals and had a strong track record of success. Your ability to get to the crux of each client's pain points has translated into fantastic results and you’ve consistently exceeded your monthly targets. As a result of your success, you will be actively mentoring other sales team members and considering areas for growth in your career with Noggin.
