As our Business Development Manager, you will play an integral part in our sales function by building, developing and closing enterprise sales across the APAC region. You will own and drive our proven enterprise SaaS solutions. You’ll be armed with a range of referenceable customers and all the tools you need to be fiercely successful.

Noggin’s integrated management platform is not a mundane run-of-the-mill software solution, you’ll be selling a game-changing tool that enables organisations to improve performance, executive oversight and turn chaos into order by managing disruption, smarter.

You will be working with a global and expanding organisation across exciting new industries, countries and use cases. You will collaborate with members of the APAC sales team to formulate and execute strategic business plans by driving targeted new business in supporting Noggin's growth in the region. 

What does it take to be a Noggin?

You're no stranger to the world of sales, with exposure to working in the software or SaaS solutions industry. You have proven track record of exceeding your quota’s in a complex enterprise sales environment; and you’ve been successful in developing major accounts and closing large contracts. You’re persistent, autonomous and methodical; and you have excellent relationship building skills.

You communicate confidently and you know how to get buy-in across all levels of an organisation. You have proven experience in new business development, you’re accustomed to CRM sales pipeline management and delivering accuracy of financial sales projections.

You're excited by the prospect of being able to expand Noggin's footprint, to offer smart solutions to complex business problems, and to building your own portfolio of large, referenceable enterprise customers.

What does success look like in this role?

In your first 3 months, you will have become fully acquainted with our products, solution areas and competitive landscape. You will be able to present, demonstrate and effectively articulate Noggin’s value proposition to senior level stakeholders, overcome prospect objections, engage in thoughtful conversations about buyer’s challenges and buying process.

6 months in, you will have established a clear picture of your go-to-market sales strategy for the APAC region and you’ll have had a number of successes in executing this. Likewise, you will have a solid sales forecast and pipeline developing and you’ll have started to secure some new business.

After 12 months, you have established, delivered and communicated a strong sales plan across the region. You’ll have mastered the art of selling our solutions - the significant deals and successes you've had until that point are a testament to this. And you will have exceeded your targets with a healthy forecast for the following 12 months already in place.
