Why become a Configuration Analyst at Noggin?

As the Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager in the configuration and development of new product lines. You'll interpret user requirements and develop and execute a plan for product implementation using Noggin's powerful code-less development platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying functional gaps or defects in the product that are blocking the implementation and coordinating with product management, engineering, and quality assurance to see that impediments are removed.

The Configuration Analyst works under the direction of the Product Manager and would report directly to the Product Director.

What does it take to be a Noggin? 

You're tertiary qualified with 6-12 months Business Analysis / Systems Analysis experience under your belt. You love getting elbows deep into software system configurations and navigating the complexities of migrating large complex implementations across platforms.You're a natural problem solver and an excellent communicator, able to work effectively across various parts of the business. 

What does success look like in this role? 

Planning – Interpret product requirements defined by the product manager and develop an implementation plan based on requirements. You will be researching and defining new content, processes, forms, dashboards, and reports that will be configured in the Noggin Product.

Execution – execute the configuration plan as agreed on with the product manager and configure it using Noggin's platform. This includes configuring the data types, forms, dashboards, analytics queries and content that makes up a Noggin Product.

Collaboration – work with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure that gaps and defects impeding implementation are unblocked on time. That means if the Noggin platform is missing features, you are working with

Reporting – provide status updates, including impediments, to the product manager. You are playing a vital role within the team and visibility into your work is highly important to the success of Noggin.
