Why become a Business Systems Analyst at Noggin?
Here at Noggin we're smart, innovative and we like to get elbows deep in solving some of the world’s most challenging problems. We use the best tools and methodologies available and we are constantly looking for ways to improve.
As our Business Systems Analyst you’ll work in an environment that cultivates your natural smarts, as you work alongside a talented, pragmatic and collaborative team. In addition to this, you’ll be actively involved in the analysis and configuration of software solutions that are not only interesting but also impactful, saving lives daily.
So, if you're looking for a role where you can do interesting, challenging, impactful work alongside exceptional people – we're the right place for you.
What does it take to be a Noggin?
You're tertiary qualified with some experience in software implementation under your belt. You have a passion for taking complex subject matter and processes and translating these into highly usable software configurations. You're a natural problem solver and an excellent communicator, able to work effectively alongside our Business Analysts throughout the implementation life-cycle. Together, you will ensure that we gather clear requirements; design solutions that are practical and effective; configure these solutions into Noggin's software application; and then test these thoroughly before handing over to the client.
You’re well organised and structured in your approach; you're able to write clear, succinct business requirements and user stories that accurately reflect the clients’ needs, all without missing a deadline. You love getting elbows deep into software system configurations and then taking these through testing and UAT to ensure the quality of the solutions you deliver is exceptional.
What does success look like in this role?
Within your first 3 months, you will be fully trained in the configuration of our software and you will have a solid understanding or our delivery methodology and processes.
Within your first 6 months, you will be a valuable member of our Solution Delivery team and you will have delivered some great outcomes to clients. You may even have started to identify areas for improvement in our processes, systems or documentation.
12 months and beyond, you will be able to design and develop highly usable solutions in our software (and test them) without significant involvement from your peers. Ideally, you will be confident in your ability to engage with customers unassisted and you will be ready to start to facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
