Here at Noggin, we have one goal: help organizations and communities manage disruption, smarter. As a Content Marketing Writer at Noggin, you’ll be the one who gets to write those stories. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling marketing content to help tell the world who Noggin is and how our software saves lives.
At Noggin, there’s always a new story to tell.
The gist. As a Content Marketing Writer at Noggin, you’ll be responsible for researching and writing various forms of Marketing content to help share our products and services with the world. You’re someone who’s written it all and has a stellar portfolio to prove it. You’ve got experience writing blog posts, white papers, case studies, thought leadership guides, web copy, eBooks, social media copy, and more.
Research it. You’re someone who truly enjoys diving deep into a topic to uncover everything the research has to say about it. Our software products and solutions are highly technical, and the individuals we sell to are smart, so our content needs to be backed up by cold, hard facts. You’ll need to be a skilled researcher with demonstrated academic writing experience.
Write it. As our in-house Content Marketing Writer you’ll produce all of the written marketing content to support our global marketing efforts. You’ll be writing everything from blog posts, to white papers, case studies, eBooks, thought leadership pieces, customer spotlights, video scripts, and more. You’re a highly-motivated individual who is intensely organized, you never miss a deadline and always strive to produce work that is better than your last.
Own it. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the business; with designers to make sure content is represented well; with the Product Team to translate technical, product-focused information into plain-speak copy; and with the Sales Team to gather insight on how content is received by the target audience. You take ownership of your writing and ensure it is always written and produced flawlessly.
Make it matter. We aren’t kidding when we say our software saves lives - from wildfires, to cyclones, to hurricanes, to counter-terrorism, to workplace safety - our software solutions cover it all. You won’t be writing about mundane topics, instead you’ll be creating content that makes a real, actionable difference in the lives of people all over the world.

- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, History, Politics, English, Journalism, Technical Writing or related discipline
- 2+ years of Content Writing experience in a Corporate capacity
- Robust and diverse portfolio demonstrating breadth of writing skill (please include a link to this in your application)
- Experience writing for SaaS B2B organizations or in the Technology space
- Experience writing on topics such as: emergency management, disaster management, risk, crisis management, humanitarian issues, or business continuity (Preferred, but not required)
