With high-profile customers already under our belt in the North American region, we’re getting behind our North American sales org, and building it out. And when we say sales org, we mean inside sales, enterprise sales, customer success and pre-sales. And we know we want a solid regional VP of sales at the helm first, to ensure we do this right.

What does it take to be a Noggin?
You're a proven sales leader with experience building and leading tech industry sales teams. So you’ve done it before (and done it well) but more importantly, you’re motivated to do it again, and you’re not afraid to get hands on in the process. You’ll be hiring your own people, setting the sales plans, coaching and driving results. You see rolling up your sleeves as a means to an end in setting up and establishing a strong team.
You're passionate about building, cultivating and ensuring the success of both mid-market and enterprise sales functions. And you're just as comfortable with setting the strategic direction for your teams as you are with the day to day tactical management, including showing them how it’s done. You're a metrics-driven leader who knows which levers to pull in order to focus the efforts and activity of your team to reach your revenue targets. Plus, you're very comfortable reporting on this to an executive team; providing insights into your team's performance and making recommendations on how to further improve this.
With new product launching, it’s critical that we have strong sales results. So, you’re a hunter at heart and you’re hungry for results.
Experience in similar software or solution offerings is preferable but not mandatory - incident management, crisis management, emergency management, work health and safety, risk management or GRC.
What does success look like in this role?
We’ve already started pipe-lining for some of your roles, so from the moment you step into this role, your focus will be to hire your team and settle them into their roles quickly. Your first wave of hiring will be about team establishment; down the path it will be about growth of sales in the region. By the 12-month mark, with additional solutions being offered on our new platform, we expect you to have started really hitting your strides and bringing your own management layers in to help with further growth.
