Why become a Business Analyst at Noggin?

As our Business Analyst, you will work as part of a talented, pragmatic and collaborative global team implemeting our world-class disruption management software solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work end-to-end on chunky, complex projects across a variety of industries and verticals, and because you'll be joining a small but growing office - you'll have lots of autonomy and opportunities for career development.

As a Noggin Business Analyst, you will  run effective workshops; gather and document clear requirements; design and build practical solutions; and finally test these thoroughly before moving into user training and client hand-over. You'll be one of the first Business Analysts in our small but powerful and growing office in London so you'll be key to the successful delivery of software implementations across EMEA. You certainly won't be working in a vacuum though, you will be a part of our global solution delivery team, working alongside your counterparts in the USA and Australia to deliver best in class solutions and service to our customers.

So, if you're looking for a role where you can do interesting, challenging, impactful work alongside exceptional people – we're the right place for you.

What does it take to be a Noggin?

You are a Tertiary qualified, experienced Senior Business Analyst who has significant hands-on experience engaging with clients, eliciting user requirements and developing great software implementations from this.  You are a self-starter who has calm demeanour and has delivered small to medium size projects. You love diversity - of work, people, ideas and projects so you're looking for an opportunity that will challenge you in different ways.

Throughout your career so far, you’ve developed an ability to articulate complex user stories and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are methodical in your approach, and pride yourself in developing clear, accurate and succinct documentation and artefacts throughout the project life-cycle. In addition to this, you've also had the opportunity to provide BSA's/BA's with mentoring and guidance.

You strike the perfect balance between creative and pragmatic and you're able to come up with innovative solutions to complex and varied business problems. You get a kick out of seeing the work that you and your team do, make a genuine impact on the lives of your users and clients. You would have had assisted in bids/tenders and other business development opportunities contributing the overall success of the region.

What does success look like in this role?

Within your first 3 months, you will be fully up to speed with Noggin's software, systems and processes and you will be working effectively as part of the project team on a number of projects - taking the lead on the BA work.

Within your first 6 months, you will be confident in your ability to engage with clients around our solutions. You will run workshops, document user requirements, design solutions as well as take these through configuration and testing with limited guidance and input. Additionally, you'll be in a position to lead and guide others around Noggin's software implementation methodology, systems and processes.

12 months and beyond, you will be self-managed and accountable for the solutions you deliver and will actively participate on our key large projects along with our existing BA based out of Ireland. You're a knowledgeable, valued member of the team who is well-liked and respected and you're on the path to becoming a BA team leader as part of your own career development.
