Bartender

We are currently seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team as a full-time Bartender. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving exceptional cocktails, providing attentive service to guests, and creating memorable experiences in our bar area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and other beverages in accordance with Nobu's standards and recipes.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail ingredients, and beverage offerings, including Nobu's signature drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and ingredients, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining an orderly cash register.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
  • Adhere to all alcohol laws and regulations, promoting responsible serving practices and ensuring guest safety at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques, with a passion for creating innovative and memorable drinks.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and precision in preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the hospitality industry.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., Smart Serve) is required.
