As Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for ensuring Nobl9’s customers are successful in adopting the Nobl9 SLO platform post-sale. You will develop our customer success program and build a scalable organizational framework. You will also lead a team of experienced professionals that educate customers, proactively track and raise issues, and ensure there is a great feedback loop between customers, product, and sales teams. You will identify new opportunities within customer accounts and lead the renewal and expansion efforts in conjunction with the sales team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years in customer success in software, technology, or DevOps company
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience with infrastructure and/or application monitoring, cloud computing, DevOps, or related field a significant plus


  • Help customers post-sale to be successful with our products
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell customers and grow existing accounts
  • Create shared adoption plans with customers and ensure critical dates are met
  • Manage training and services benefits to be delivered by Nobl9 and Partners
  • Track and communicate internal status and customer issues to internal stakeholders and execs
  • Hire and build a team of Customer Success/Reliability Engineers (CSE/CRE) to ensure proper staffing to support the fast-growing customer base
  • Build and adopt tools to make our process more effective and scalable through automation
  • Develop strong customer relationships and measure satisfaction and collect product feedback proactively
  • Contribute to documentation, blogs, educational videos, knowledge base

Experience with site reliability engineering organizations and SLOs is a huge plus.
