About The Team

A Customer Care Representative (CCR) is the primary point of contact for our customers for general support and service. This role will be responsible for order management of accessories/consumables products, product returns, processing credits, dispatching calls to field personnel and answering general questions for customers as it relates to service and support.

The CCR will interface collaboratively with the Noah sales and service teams to serve our customers and ensure their needs and expectations are met. This position requires a mindset that cares first and foremost about the needs of our customers. This is accomplished by enthusiastically assisting our customers, showing empathy for their needs, urgency to get results, and providing clear expectations.

In addition, this role will help define business processes for the Customer Service team to establish repeatable and scalable activities and to ensure compliance to meet regulatory and financial obligations.

A Day In The Life Of Our Customer Care Representative

  • Provide positive customer experiences over the phone or through email.
  • Receive and process customer orders through the company ERP system.
  •  Receive and process customer complaints into the company CRM system.
  • Process customer returns and issuing credits.
  • Escalate customer communication the department cannot resolve.
  • Effectively communicate cross functionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain business systems for data accuracy.
  • Process and direct incoming email.
  • Work closely with the quality department to process customer complaints and investigations.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience 
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize duties throughout the day.
  • 5 years Customer Service experience in the medical equipment industry preferred.
  • Excellent computer and technology skills with regards to software applications, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) ERP databases - Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc…). 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities.
  • The drive to solve problems and meet goals.

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Noah Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors such as location as permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.

California Pay Range

$25 - $34 USD

Noah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
