About The Team:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Capital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts raising awareness and attracting new customers for a state-of-the-art robotic imaging and biopsy technology in the medical device industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to win and executing targeted marketing initiatives to drive demand generation, nurture leads, and support the activation of customers in partnership with the key account sales team. A Day In The Life Of Our Senior Capital Marketing Manager  - Downstream:

  • Targeting & Segmentation:
    Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to identify and prioritize key accounts and market segments for our robotic imaging and biopsy technology.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors within target segments.
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer personas and segmentation criteria for effective targeting.

  • Lead Generation and Nurture:
    Drive lead generation initiatives through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing.
    Develop lead nurturing programs to engage prospects at various stages of the buying journey and accelerate the sales cycle.
    Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize leads for sales follow-up and conversion.

  • Trade Show Strategy:
    Develop and execute trade show strategies to maximize brand visibility and generate qualified leads for our robotic imaging and biopsy technology.
    Coordinate with sales and clinical teams to identify relevant trade shows and events for participation.
    Manage all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, pre-show promotion, and post-show follow-up.

  • Webinars:
    Plan and host webinars to educate and engage target audiences on the clinical benefits and applications of our robotic imaging and biopsy technology.
    Develop webinar content, presentations, and promotional materials in collaboration with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
    Drive webinar registration and attendance through targeted email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Sales Tools:
    Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and resources to support the efforts of our key account sales team.
    Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to create sales presentations, case studies, product demos, and sales collateral.
    Ensure sales tools are aligned with messaging and positioning strategies and meet the needs of the sales organization.
    Showpad, Pepperflow, Quantum Sales Tool Portal
    Utilize sales enablement platforms such as Showpad and document approval tool Pepperflow to centralize and distribute sales content, training materials, and product information while ensuring compliance of claims and messages.
    Train sales teams on the effective use of sales enablement tools and provide ongoing support and guidance.
    Analyze platform usage data and performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness and user engagement.
    ROI Calculators and Economic Tools
    Design, develop and maintain ROI calculators that enable stakeholders to evaluate the financial returns on investments in the Galaxy System and Lung Nodule Programs.
    Provide marketing support and resources to facilitate sales interactions and accelerate deal progression with economic stakeholders

     

  • Product and Solution Launches
    Lead planning and execution of new product launches for market introduction.
    Coordinate cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, customer success to ensure a successful launch
    Develop and execute launch plans, managing timelines and aligning resources to meet key milestones.

  • Key Account Sales Team Support:
    Collaborate closely with the key account sales team to understand customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
    Provide marketing support and resources to facilitate sales interactions and accelerate deal progression.
    Serve as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategies, messaging, and goals.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on account-based marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies to drive demand generation and support key account sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and sales enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, Pepperflow).
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to support event activities.
