A Day In The Life Of Our Manager, Customer Marketing:
Product and Solution Programs:
- Activating product and solution marketing programs from Day 1 of implementation to showcase the unparalleled success and capabilities of our robotic imaging and biopsy technology.
- Harnessing the latest advancements to create dynamic campaigns that excite customers to continue expanding adoption at more of their facilities and unlocking new possibilities in patient care.
Customer Practice Growth Tools:
- Equipping our customers with cutting-edge tools and resources designed to propel their practices to new heights.
- Partnering with healthcare providers to unleash the full potential of our technology, empowering them to achieve unprecedented levels of success.
User Events:
- Spearheading immersive user events that transcend traditional boundaries, fostering collaboration, and knowledge sharing among our esteemed customer community.
- Elevating the user experience through interactive workshops, thought-provoking seminars, and visionary keynote presentations.
Customer Intelligence:
- Harnessing the power of customer intelligence to fuel our innovation engine, driving continuous improvement and staying one step ahead of evolving customer needs.
- Transforming insights into actionable strategies that deliver tangible value and cement our position as the partner of choice for healthcare providers worldwide.
Clinical Sales Representatives:
- Empowering our dynamic clinical sales organization with unparalleled support and resources, arming them with the tools and knowledge needed to champion our technology on the front lines.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Proactively monitoring and addressing customer concerns and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression of excellence and innovation.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on customer marketing or customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing bold and innovative marketing programs that drive customer satisfaction and practice growth.
- Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic vision and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time to support customer activities.
