About The Team:
The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for leading a cross-functional software development team through complex product development efforts from conception to Launch. They will oversee the organization, execution and completion of specific project goals. This includes setting deadlines, communicating with leadership about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements. A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Project Manager (Software):
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders and leadership team to define, manage and own scope of software development projects.
- Leading the team’s planning related operating mechanisms: Detailed launch schedules, Release Cycle Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning, etc.
- Develop a risk management plan for the program. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.
- Supporting team during day-to-day execution with removing impediments or making priority calls
- Work closely with R&D, UI/UX, Product Management, Quality, and Clinical teams to analyze and make appropriate tradeoffs between product features, customer needs/requirements, and cost
- Supporting the PM and software functional management team on management reviews, release cycle demos and metrics from a software standpoint.
- Partner on Software initiatives on sharing and adopting best practices on Scaled Agile, SCRUM and Quality processes.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in the software product development environment in medical devices or similarly regulated fields.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a software development team, technical industry or research environment.
- 2+ years of experience & knowledge of program management tools & processes including Agile product development methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate Engineering/Science discipline required
- Master’s degree in appropriate Engineering/Science discipline is preferred
- Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment
- Comfortable with all phases of the product development lifecycle including concept development, testing, design, implementation, verification, and validation
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to drive to a solution
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, JIRA, JAMA, and/or other software project management tools
- Understanding of fundamentals of robotics preferred

Pay Transparency
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
