About The Team:
The GA team is dedicated to the development, implementation and management of our workplace, which includes Office Management, Facility Management, Event Planning and Partnership with other departments.
As the Office Assistant Intern, you will focus on providing administrative and secretarial support within the GA Team and coordinate with other departments as requested. Responsibilities may include coordination and scheduling of events and meetings, supplies and equipment ordering, and general reporting. Excellent communication skills and fast adaptation will be essential for this role. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
A Day In The Life Of Our Office Assistant Intern:
- Assist and support the GA team on a daily basis
- Work and collaborate with different teams
- Assist and support the Summer Intern events
- Work on a variety of projects as assigned
- Any other duties as assigned
About You:
- Current high school graduate or college student
- Experienced with Google products
- Ability to work 25-30 hours per week
- Ability to work well under little supervision
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Very hands-on
- Interested in the medical device industry
- Interested in start-ups
- Able to drive to and work onsite at San Carlos Office.

Pay Transparency
The Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed based on candidate experience level and/or specialized skills. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.
