Position Overview:


The Product Requirements Analyst collaborates with software developers/engineers, system engineers, quality engineers, and product managers. You will be responsible for planning and directing the analysis, design, development, and implementation of NISC’s iVUE software applications. 

Essential Duties:  

  • Gather complex level product and/or project requirements as directed. 
  • Manage and oversee ownership of use cases and requirements using various tool sets.
  • Lead interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, and scenarios for product or project use cases.
  • Provide direction and leadership on requirements to internal stakeholders that are apart of the software development life cycle.
  • Lead change review boards regarding proposed enhancements.
  • Attend project status meetings and prepare status reports.
  • Participate in the ongoing support and improvement of NISC’s software development lifecycle.
  • Manage product and feature communication plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training to co-workers as assigned.
  • Champion requirements best practices and processes across the company.
  • Serve as mentor to team members.
  • Commitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred:  

  • 5+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Advanced level knowledge of requirements best practices.
  • Excellent ability to organize and prioritize.

  • Working level knowledge of project management processes and theories.

  • Superior research, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to travel as often as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the position. 
  • Moderate level knowledge of 3rd party integrated applications and services.

Education Preferred: 

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
