We’re seeking service professionals who are as passionate about the art of hospitality and home care as we are. 

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant, Private Home who has supported households, family offices, or estates. We need exceptional candidates with experience working with elite clientele, preferably in large households/estates with various administrative and support needs. This position requires a close, one-on-one relationship with the household Principal, serving as an extension of the family. 

What You Will Do 
● Keeping track of various household agendas and family appointments  
● Leading the planning of events 
● Arranging for travel reservations and developing itineraries 
● Assisting with planning family trips 
● Involvement with transactional administrative tasks such as processing mail, filing, tracking incoming emails, and bookkeeping 
● Organizing and managing the family calendar of activities 
● Assisting with budget planning 
● Working collaboratively with House Managers and household services personnel on various projects 
● Grocery shopping 
● Working with vendors to schedule household maintenance/repairs as needed 
Experience and Traits: 
● Extensive experience in private family household or estate environment 
● Great track record of success in similar roles 
● Go-getter—assertive, ambitious, and detail-oriented 
● Good sense of humor and likable with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly with the member 
● Experience serving as the right hand/extension of the family 
● Excellent computer skills, including proficiency on Microsoft Office suite 
● Superior process, project, time, and change-management skills 
● Demonstrate poise and professionalism under pressure 
● Superb command of the English language, both written and oral
