As the Field Marketing and Events Manager at Nightfall AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives and events within various regions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute field marketing strategies, while also overseeing the planning and execution of engaging events tailored to our target audience. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to effectively promote our cybersecurity solutions and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans aligned with overarching business objectives, targeting specific geographic regions and market segments.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of field marketing strategies with sales goals and product positioning.
- Identify and prioritize key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to participate in or sponsor, leveraging opportunities to showcase our cybersecurity solutions and engage with potential customers.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination, to deliver high-quality and impactful experiences for attendees.
- Create compelling event marketing materials, including presentations, collateral, and promotional items, to effectively communicate our value proposition and drive attendee engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure the effectiveness of field marketing activities and events, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson at events, representing the company professionally and enthusiastically to drive interest and foster relationships with prospects and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience with 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or related roles within the technology industry, with a strong preference for candidates with cybersecurity expertise.
- Technical background and understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products, and solutions highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue attainment.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend events, conferences, and meetings.
