About the role
In this role you will be responsible for all matters in the areas of recruitment for both our offices in Amsterdam and Antwerp. You will have the freedom to identify, develop and execute initiatives to enhance attraction of the right talent. Next to this, you will support the HR Business Partner on operational HR responsibilities. It is a diverse position in which you work at an operational and tactical level with the goal of building and maintaining a team of highly motivated and successful professionals.
Your responsibilities
In this position your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and leading the entire recruitment and selection process, including offer processing;
- Setting up and executing our campus recruitment efforts;
- Maintaining and developing contacts with parties such as study associations and recruitment agencies;
- Designing and professionalizing strategy and policy around recruitment and employer branding;
- Contribute to optimal profiling of the organization as an attractive employer;
- Advising management in the area of recruitment;
- Onboarding new colleagues and supervising the internship process;
- Assisting the HR Business Partner on an operational level
What will make you successful in this role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR;
- Native Dutch and strong command of written and verbal English;
- Excellent social and organisational skills;
- Self-starting and can-do mentality;
- A strong command of MS Office and ATS systems
