As a Producer for Pokémon GO, you will lead development projects and work across the company on one of the most influential games the world has ever seen. We’re looking for a bold and innovative Producer to work on current and upcoming features that power Pokémon GO. You will help keep players engaged all year round, drive cross-functional teams to delight our users, and make the world better by helping users go out and explore the world!
Responsibilities
- Breaking down multifaceted issues into workable components to guide the production of new features from initial concept to launch.
- Partnering with cross-functional leads, such as engineers, designers, and artists to bring new features to market.
- Communicating extensively with stakeholders and external partners about project status, risk mitigation, and go-to-market plans.
- Collaborating with the quality assurance team to ensure a world-class experience for our players.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, including regular and reliable attendance and participation in meetings.
- Required in-office 2 days on Wednesday and Thursday.
Qualifications
- You have a BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
- You have shipped one or more mobile projects through a complete development cycle.
- You have broad experience and a deep understanding of various development methodologies, and a proven track record of maximizing your team's efficiency.
- You thrive in the dynamic and fast-paced environment that’s required to support a massive global live game
- You are able to demonstrate outstanding organization, communication, and leadership skills while working on cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, etc.).
- You have significantly contributed to the growth of a live product or service.
- You have an interest or excitement about AR and mobile games.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous interactions with others.

The total compensation package for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $140,000 - $163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
