The HR Coordinator at Niantic will be responsible for improving employee experience by managing administrative processes and support systems. The HR Coordinator will also be a key member of the implementation team for Niantic’s first HRIS.

Maintain and update employee files on company shared drive and HRIS.
Triage general inquiries to the HR support email.
Assist with data entry in HR tracking sheets and systems.
Manage reimbursements benefit (scheduled payment entries in payroll).
Identify, budget for, and order employee swag.
Maintain and update the directory.
Maintain and update organizational charts.
Organize and schedule new hire days.
Assist with creating presentations.
Assist with employee Handbook and policy revisions.
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
Bachelor degree required; additional education in Human Resource Management a plus.
2+ years proven professional experience in a relevant human resources or administrative position.
Learning agility and flexibility.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
