What You’ll Do:
The Nexxen Manager, PMP Campaign Management is responsible for overseeing a team of PMP Campaign Managers who focus on ensuring the success of our client's programmatic campaigns. As a Manager, you’ll execute a strategy for Campaign Management that aligns with the company’s vision. Proven experience managing small teams and overseeing strategic pieces of business is required as is the need to successfully balance both the internal priorities of the company with the external needs of our clients and partners. You’ll build strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders across our operations, publisher development, data strategy, and product teams, partnering with them to operationalize strategic initiatives. Passion, collaboration, and organization are required to be successful in this role as you not only lead your team but drive forward many of the operational aspects of our business.
As a Nexxen Manager, Campaign Management, you will:
- Lead a team of skilled Campaign Managers and Senior Campaign Managers who are responsible for the end-to-end management of our programmatic campaigns
- Prioritize continued education with your team by sharing industry trends, product enhancements, best practices, etc. and drive operational efficiencies and best practices throughout the team
- Identify areas for improvement and create or redefine internal tools, processes, educational needs and workflow streams
- Establish communication channels and business processes necessary to effectively manage a team
- Manage the onboarding including the interview process, training schedule, and collateral for all new hires on the PMP Campaign Management team
- Have a deep understanding of Nexxen’s products and features and recommend solutions to the team by tying it together with customers objectives and challenges
- Act as a point of escalation for the team and use internal tools and information to identify larger trends that need to be addressed; be able to troubleshoot and create insights into the trends, and the potential impact they have across programmatic campaigns
- Be responsible for conflict resolution and for solving problems for any operational related issue; escalate, track and resolve key issues. Foster a culture of team members being both helpful and inquisitive; teach them to ask questions and always work together to solve issues as a team
- Attend meetings with key internal stakeholders when leadership voice and support is needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with programmatic campaigns in a DSP or SSP, pulling reporting, monitoring and optimizing performance, and managing accounts with large advertising budgets
- 1+ years of managing direct reports
- Expert level knowledge of critical programmatic campaign components such as: bidding structure, VAST/VPAID, RTB Specs, brand safety guidelines
- Demonstrated success in building effective processes and workflow streams
- Excellent business writing, training, negotiation, communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Proven to have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and PPT, and ability to work with large data sets to create strategic and actionable insight from it
- Self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Team player with ability to identify and delegate projects, and can work effectively with multiple other departments
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to identify critical issues, and confidently deliver tactical solutions
- Continuously achieves and promotes high standards of quality at work

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $100,000-$130,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
