Role Summary: 

The BD Manager, Curated Marketplace will support the VP, GM Curated Marketplace with the expansion of the Nexxen SSP Curated Marketplace working with both existing customers and new customers in the advertising ecosystem.  

 

What You’ll Do: 

Curated Marketplace Growth & Strategy 

  • Expand the Curated Marketplace globally, with an initial focus on the U.S., leveraging supply-side and data capabilities. 
  • Identify and engage key prospects that align with the curation platform, working collaboratively with internal teams. 
  • Develop innovative solutions to address challenges in the evolving digital media landscape. 

Client Relationship Management & Activation 

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, collaborating with Account Management and internal teams. 
  • Support the VP with pitching, demos, onboarding, and activation process for self-service PMP customers. 
  • Advise clients on industry trends, revenue opportunities, and best practices. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with sales and publisher teams to identify and execute Curated Marketplace opportunities. 
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine positioning, improve UI/tools, and enhance customer experience. 
  • Operate within a global sales team, fostering alignment across regions and departments. 
  • Coordinate with the Finance team on month-end reporting and billing. 

Marketplace Optimization & Operations 

  • Oversee and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot (Nexxen SSP CRM system). 
  • Optimize and troubleshoot Curated Marketplace PMPs post-launch to ensure performance. 

  

What you’ll bring: 

  • 1-3 years experience in programmatic advertising and/or account management 
  • A highly analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in digital technologies  
  • Strong communication skills to convey progress across a range of internal and external stakeholders 
  • A good understanding and experience in programmatic advertising  
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Bonus: Knowledge and experience in industries such as ecommerce, retail media, data vendors, publishers, ad agencies, working with DSPs 
  • Bonus: Previous experience in negotiating publisher agreements, including rates and payment terms while driving legal process to ensure sound contract executions.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York City is estimated at $75,000 - $95,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
