We're seeking a Help Desk Engineer to join our IT team in Tel Aviv 

What will you do?

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and support PCs, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
  • Track software licenses and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve IT efficiency and document processes.
  • Collaborating with the global Corp IT team

 

What will I bring?

  • 2+ years of IT support or Help Desk experience in technical issues and requests related to IT hardware; software; Windows and Mac Operating Systems; associated peripherals; and network systems inclusive of LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless networks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams, with the goal of resolving incidents reported through Jira helpdesk tickets, phone calls, emails, or in-person requests with root cause analysis and documentation.
  • Command of English, with excellent communication and organizational skills, fostering clear documentation and efficient collaboration in diverse teams with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365: including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams; in addition to Jira, Workspace ONE, Zoom conferencing and Meraki as MDM for inventory purposes ensuring all equipment is properly allocated and accounted for.
  • Experience with Active Directory, including user and group management, and associated permissions.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, actively promoting security awareness and ensuring compliance and the protection of organizational data through policy enforcement and training.
