Job Summary:
The Senior Account Executive role will sell RhythmInfluence Influencer Marketing solutions to prospective clients and work to retain and upsell current clients. In this role, you will work with fellow sellers along with your support team made up of pre-sale strategists and post-sale account managers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships with brands and agencies across multiple verticals with a focus on fortune 500 marketers.
· Effectively communicate sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales goals by closing new accounts and upselling existing ones
· Drive revenue through highly customized managed service activations with relevant influencers/creators.
· Prospect and expand current relationships to cover entire account list (agency lists and regions TBD)
· Operate with high levels of activity including 5+meetings weekly, client entertainment, and industry events when applicable.
· Be an internal advocate for partners by working with strategy, activation, and social media departments teams to respond to partner needs and feedback.
Desired Characteristics/Skills/Experience:
· Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals with above average order sizes
· Have a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.
· Accustomed to building own processes to hold self-accountable in sales cycle
· Strong public speaking and presenting skills and experience.
· Experience penetrating business in markets outside of your home region.
· Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
Minimum Required Skills/Education/Experience:
· 4+ year of sales experience; relationships at applicable agencies and major advertising agency holding companies
· Experience in influencer marketing sales/branded content sales
· Proven track record of exceeding quarterly revenue goals
· Team player with exceptional presentation and communication skills, and an ability to help partners understand the unique value of RhythmInfluence.
· Track record working with leaders at Central & West Coast Agencies and Fortune 5000

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles is $100,000 - $125,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
