We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to manage and maintain our office networks, provide high level help desk support, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, AWS, VPN’s, Zoom Rooms, Jira Cloud, Slack, macOS, Windows, Office 365, Azure. Experience with Google Cloud Platform and PagerDuty administration is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide proven experience as a Systems Admin or similar role with a minimum of 5+ years of experience specific to level 2 and 3 IT solutioning with root cause analysis and documentation.
- Proficiency in office networks, Active Directory, O365 inclusive of SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams, in addition to AWS IaaS, Azure Entra ID, VPN management, Jira Cloud, Slack, Mac and Windows OS.
- Experience with automation tools to manage AWS EC2 instances, including provisioning, monitoring using scripting such as Terraform, PowerShell and Ansible.
- Administer network, including Prisma GlobalProtect or other VPN solutions in addition to LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Administer and manage Active Directory, including accounts, groups, permissions in addition to Domain Management Experience with DNS and general AD troubleshooting including replication delays, sync issues, adding DCs to the forest, promotion and demotion.
- Navigate multiple projects involving user and data migrations; decommissioning of tech debt; and re-enforcement of compliance, process and IT standards.
- Monitor System Performance to proactively address potential issues.
- Implement and follow security measures such as access controls, encryption and backups to protect the IT infrastructure.
- Maintain up to date documentation about system configurations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Utilize Jira Cloud for issue tracking and project management, in addition to Slack for team communication and collaboration.
- Utilize Azure’ Microsoft Graph for automation and management tasks.
- Adhere to Compliance, Cybersecurity and overall IT policies and procedures to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and PagerDuty administration is a plus.
What Will I Bring?

- Command of English, with excellent communication and organizational skills, fostering clear documentation and efficient collaboration in diverse teams with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team with the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Certified, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
