Job Description: 

The Sales Strategist role will be responsible for analyzing client needs and crafting creative, well-organized solutions for current and potential clients. In this role, you will work directly with the sales team, clients, creator rep firms, and internal teams to put together proposals that include pricing/program details, sample creators, content thought starters, big ideas, paid social details and measurement.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Analyze RFP’s from clients to understand any further information needed to craft a solution.

· Lead RFP brainstorms with the Sales team to develop a plan for the proposal.

· Work with internal paid social, measurement and account management teams to collect necessary details to propose a comprehensive solution.

· Connect with creator representatives to gather rates and feasibility as needed for higher caliber or celebrity talent.

· Develop and track back-end pricing for each proposal.

· Support the creation of proactive packages to help begin sales conversations with new and existing clients.

· Stay on top of social media trends and topics to successfully create relevant and interesting solutions.

· Support sellers in revisions and Q&A tied to proposals submitted as a means to closing the business.

· Successfully transfer sold programs to our internal Account Management team.

· Share solutions across the larger internal team to spread creativity and solution sharing.

Desired Characteristics/Skills/Experience:

· Creative mindset with the ability to pull from creative bank continuously for various clients.

· Experience with crafting proposals with the ability to work on multiple deliverables at once while prioritizing and keeping organized.

· A self-starter, with the confidence to work independently when necessary.

Minimum Required Skills/Education/Experience:

· 2+ years crafting solutions in some capacity

· Proficiency with Social Media Networks

· PowerPoint and Excel expertise.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Chicago is $75,000 - $85,000 at the time of postingwith the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
