What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a Director of Demand Partnership to join our team in Japan!
Nexxen is looking for a highly motivated, results driven, Director of Demand Partnerships who is interested in leading a team of professionals that will grow and sustain Supply Side Platform (“SSP”) relationships.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are.
- Will drive incremental value through existing partnerships through sales, operational optimizations, and partner relationship management.
- Work closely with demand facilitation teams within Nexxen to ensure publisher revenue growth in Nexxen SSP
- Work with internal teams including product to create new technologies to grow business with DSPs
- Build processes around quarterly and annual business reviews including data analysis and presentation creation.
- Lead the onboarding process of new DSP partners and have strong knowledge of Nexxen’s offerings!
- Coordinate with global teams (EMEA, APAC) to coordinate growth strategies with DSPs and SSPs.
What Will I Bring?
- 3-5 year’s experience in programmatic, DSP sales, SSP, or exchange environment
- Strong relationships with decision-makers in the DSP landscape
- Understanding of Japan’s programmatic landscape
- Problem solver. Ability to implement solutions and work around objections/ navigate challenges
- Ability to create growth, revenue mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and focus on revenue generation
- Understanding of RTB, PMP, and video/CTV
- Ability to learn and contribute quickly.
- Solid analytical and decision-making
- Outstanding time management
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Can work closely with internal product teams to solve issues.
- Balancing account management capabilities with new business priorities
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Must be willing to be in office 3 days minimum per week
