What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior DevOps Manager to lead our DevOps team in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will shape the infrastructure and CI/CD strategy that empowers our development teams, making pivotal contributions to our products’ scalability and performance. Working closely with software, infrastructure, TSE, and TPM teams, you’ll drive initiatives that modernize workflows and build a culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement. This role is based in the Bellevue, WA office, with a hybrid schedule that includes three days in-office each week and remote work for the remainder.

- Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture that encourages innovation.
- Strategize for Scale: Own the architecture and scaling of our product infrastructure, balancing efficiency with stability.
- Enable Developer Excellence: Streamline workflows and remove barriers so software engineers can deliver exceptional products to our customers.
- Drive Automation and Modernization: Spearhead initiatives to implement and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Ensure Security and Reliability: Implement industry-leading security, monitoring, and disaster recovery practices, ensuring the highest availability.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the liaison between Dev, Infra, TSE, and TPM teams for project execution, capacity management, and daily operations.
- Be Future-First: Keep Nexxen ahead of the pack by continuously evaluating, adopting, and integrating the latest technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related technical roles, with a proven track record of hands-on technical expertise
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, guiding technical teams and driving strategic initiatives

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Bellevue is $200,000 - $210,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
