What you’ll do: 

This fix-term contract (FTC) manager will be an individual contributor focusing on events and sales enablement within the marketing organization for the EMEA region.  They are accountable for delivering results based on agreed individual, team and business goals. They must develop an understanding of Nexxen, its products and its competitive set.  To become an expert, they must build on their events and sales enablement focuses.  They are responsible for generating ideas to solve execution challenges and to achieve strategic/business objectives. Strong work ethic, personal drive and curiosity are all requirements for success. They must also have a strong bias toward action and teamwork as their core values. Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are: 

Experiential Marketing Responsibilities:  

  • Manage external industry and Nexxen-hosted events across the region, with a primary focus on events in the UK 
  • Identify strategic opportunities to reach prospective clients through trade shows, conferences, and industry events. 
  • Support in the planning and execution of Global tentpole events and EMEA large activations - including supplier management, project planning and management, team briefings 
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of industry events, including research of events to ensure event is aligned to the strategic direction of the company, stakeholder management and creative deliverables 
  • Research vendors and own and manage relationships with suppliers and industry contacts 
  • Support in the production and delivery of creative assets with external agency partner 
  • Collaborate with sales managers to ensure successful measurement of events 
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure supplier contracts and invoices are processed correctly 
  • Manage swag/gifting orders and ensure consistency with other regions 

Sales Enablement Responsibilities: 

  • Understanding of customer personas and how they tie to Nexxen output  
  • Support commercial initiatives including playbooks, one sheet, newsletters, etc.  
  • Written oral and presentation efforts, including (but not limited to): training, executive presentations/speeches and client communications  
  • Develop and execute local/regional marketing strategies in collaboration with local marketing and leadership teams. 

What you’ll bring:  

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing or equivalent training or experience  
  • 3+ years in in media, marketing, event planning, communications, sales enablement, product marketing or digital advertising  
  •  2+ years holding a marketing or communications-specific role  
  •  2+ years at a tech company a plus 
  • Capable of developing a strong understanding of the Nexxen story, value and mission   
  • Demonstrates communication, teamwork/collaborative approach, prioritization, attention to detail, problem-solving and presenting  
  • Operates with strong engagement/motivation and integrity  
  • Proposes potential improvements to strategy, process, tools and proposals  
  • Ability to translate complex capabilities and ever-evolving ecosystems into clear, differentiated offerings 
  • Strong written oral and presentation skills, including (but not limited to): training, executive presentations/speeches and client communications  
  • Critical thinker who can work cross-functionally across different business groups and stakeholders  
  • Effective project management with global, cross-functional relationships  
  • Proactively manages expectations among his/her manager and colleagues, identifies risks to project plans, and requests help/escalation as needed

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in London is £50,000 - £60,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
