Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

Supply, Technical Account Managers ("TAMs") work on the Supply Operations team to help Nexxen onboard and maintain various integrations with vendors. These integrations vary in complexity from simple automated reporting systems to complex server-to-server interfaces.

Nexxen vendors include SSPs, RTB Exchanges, Servers and Publishers. The Supply TAM is the primary contact point with vendors for all things technical, and in many circumstances, from the vendor point of view as the default contact point for all matters. Supply TAM must also possess acute business acumen to properly present Nexxen’s perspective, positions, and requirements to vendors in ways that protect Nexxen’s interests and business goal, while respectfully and carefully understanding the business needs and goals of our vendors.

The Supply TAM works closely with the Partnerships, Product and Engineering teams, assisting business development to secure and on-board various high touch technical integrations. In addition, the Supply TAM will work closely with the Programmatic Campaign Operations and Sales Engineering teams to maintain the supply landscape and tailor it to current business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Delivering and providing explanation, as needed of Nexxen’s documentation to vendors
  • Working with engineering regarding the feasibility of various integration methods, with a measured advocacy for our vendors positions when appropriate
  • Working with vendors’ account management and engineering teams and Nexxen’s engineering, programmatic campaign ops, partnerships and customer success teams through RFP to live campaigns, to optimize and providing scale.
  • Testing and troubleshooting/fault-isolation of new and existing integrations as well as communicating internally and externally the status and on-going timeline for integrations
  • Checking the Health of our DSP’s traffic, managing QPS, discrepancies, DIDs and open auction
  • Developing complex SQL queries to pull reporting
  • Work with internal account teams to support supply needs for the Nexxen DSP

What Will I Bring?

  • 1+ years of experience working in AdTech
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Ad Serving Ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Exchanges, Networks, etc.)
  •  Knowledge of Video Ad Serving Protocols (VAST, VPAID), mobile advertising technologies and RTB protocols
  • Knowledge and experience working with complex advertising reporting and analysis systems and tools
  • SQL and/or Data background is a plus

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY is $65,000 - $80,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
