Why this Role?
Next Street is looking for a high-performing Curriculum Associate, PMO. This individual should have expertise in program management to support full-time curriculum delivery including building e-learning modules and creating learning activities for large scale projects with clients like Verizon and DoorDash. There would also be opportunities to flex into additional client work. This new team member should be passionate about program management, relationship management, and curriculum delivery and be excited to manage current and future client workstreams.
You would be a member of the firm’s Advisory team and would partner with our Programs team to provide seamless execution of our curriculum delivery. You would also have the opportunity to partner with internal and external stakeholders and help to drive the successful launch of new tools and resources. Joins us and gain exposure to high-profile clients, while honing your leadership skills. In addition, expand our curriculum delivery while providing exceptional services and support that elevates small businesses and their services.
Your work would consist of…
Program Management
- Support curriculum delivery on high-profile client projects like Verizon, DoorDash, and more
- Assemble content and build learning programs on our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our LMS to provide support to learners and our clients
- Oversee day-to-day project management of curriculum delivery, to include, but not limited to the following: set work plans, define and oversee all deliverables, track deadlines to ensure delivery standards, develop and implement action plans when deliverable dates are at risk
- Work with content creators, copywriters, vendors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the curriculum development team to ensure smooth delivery of deliverables and assets, while also facilitating communications between teams
- Organize, document, and facilitate project kickoffs and weekly production meetings
- Set meeting and communication governance for partners and ensure various workstreams are coordinated and dependencies communicated
- Collect and disseminate program management best practices and make recommendations on ways to improve program performance on a formal and informal basis

Next Street believes in an equitable and transparent compensation approach. The starting salary range for Associate positions across the firm is $80,000 - $86,667 regardless of location and commensurate with experience. You will also be eligible to participate in Next Street’s discretionary incentive program annually. For new hires, Next Street targets the start of the salary band, although considerations could be made based on job knowledge, skills, and experience. As part of our Antiracism commitment, Next Street uses a pay scale approach and transparent methodology to advance staff within a compensation band based on performance.
