You’ll join our AdRoll product management team reporting to our VP Product for AdRoll, managing and coaching a team of four product managers. This role will own unifying automation and engagement across Ad-tech and Mar-tech channels. You’ll work closely with our engineering and design teams to deliver innovative features and move AdRoll toward a subscription-dominant business model. This is a dynamic and extremely cross-functional product leadership role that will enable you to work on groundbreaking problems at massive scale with a hardworking, motivated, and highly talented team.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Manage and grow a team of high-achieving PMs 
  • Grow practices in continuous product discovery and delivery
  • Drive the roadmap, vision, and strategy for automation and channels in the AdRoll Business Unit
  • Partner with our core product teams to define shared services to support the broader business
  • Interface directly with customers and partners, representing AdRoll and establishing feedback loops for our product, design, and engineering teams
  • Own key partnerships and vendor relationships in our ecosystem

Skills you’ll bring: 

  • 11+ years of experience in product management working on innovative products
  • 4+ years of experience managing and scaling high-performing PM teams
  • Experience leading B2C/B2B SaaS products (preferably in martech or adtech) and bringing offerings to market
  • Experience growing and coaching continuous product discovery and delivery
  • Roadmap prioritization expertise, including stakeholder management
  • Deep knowledge of advertising/marketing technologies and the evolving privacy landscape (including consent standards and privacy-by-design principles)
