Senior Analyst & Omnichannel Insights Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives, leveraging retail data to uncover actionable insights for process optimization, revenue growth, and customer engagement across omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Mentor team members across the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Drive the development of sophisticated predictive models and algorithms to forecast sales, inventory demand, and customer behavior, enabling proactive decision-making.
  • Lead the analysis of customer journey data to uncover insights that drive product innovation and enhancement, identifying opportunities to optimize the omnichannel experience and anticipate customer needs.
  • Develop innovative approaches to segment customers based on their omnichannel interactions and preferences, empowering businesses to personalize marketing and engagement strategies, improve communication effectiveness, and drive customer loyalty.
  • Champion the creation of self-service analytics tools for clients, empowering them to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to improve their businesses.
  • Ensure that the value proposition of our platform is easily visible to customers through the delivery of clear, actionable insights and the development of intuitive, user-friendly analytics tools,
  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, customer success and sales teams to ensure alignment of data analytics efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in retail analytics and omnichannel strategies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Work directly with customers to visualize omni channel and retail trends and prepare platform trends 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. MBA is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on retail analytics and omnichannel strategies.
  • Proven expertise in advanced data analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific metrics, trends, and challenges in the retail and ecommerce sectors.
  • Innovative thinking and demonstrated ability to address business challenges from new perspectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and applying emerging technologies and methodologies to solve complex problems.
