You have a deep understanding of content ecosystems and also understand user behavior in navigating and exploring all forms of content, including complete curriculum resources, articles, video, audio, and have built products and/or features that enhance how users experience content (e.g. interactive video, slides, etc.). You also understand technology well enough to break down work into achievable 2-week intervals, and know how to prioritize work to achieve value as quickly as possible while optimizing your team for value delivery. You’re a flexible, effective communicator, able to fluidly translate product needs and insights across technical, operational, design, and leadership audiences. While not required, experience in EdTech is a plus.
