What You’ll Do

  • Services Delivery 
    • Lead the successful deployment of NewsCred Professional services and  solutions, specializing in change management, current state assessment, process mapping and process optimization
    • Set expectations, establish project timelines, and motivate client participants to deliver within scope and on time
    • Coordinate resources to complete project activities and tasks in accordance with the established project plan, objectives, and timelines
    • Capture customer requirements, processes and strategy through consultative discovery and optimize and operationalize through people, process and technology
    • Monitor program progress and budget and deliver regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
    • Ensure regular, proactive, and professional communications flow between you and the client, keeping the client informed and engaged
    • Champion high-impact change management tactics and best practices both internally at NewsCred and externally for our customers
  • Practice Development
    • Support the iteration and advancement of consulting solutions through documentation, innovation, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement
    • Commit to ongoing education, training and professional development across NewsCred’s areas of expertise including: Content Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing, Change Management, SaaS Best Practices, User Enablement and Adoption Strategies, etc.
    • Share, support and adhere to NewsCred processes both internally and externally
  • Support Scoping efforts
    • Partner with Sales to define business objectives, requirements and success criteria for complex Integrated Marketing opportunities
    • Facilitate consultative discovery to fully understand project scope
    • Support sales in on-site pitches and competitive differentiation meetings as needed
    • Oversee the process of planning, creating and finalizing Statements of Work for customers and partner with cross-functional peers as necessary

What You’ll Need

  • At least 3 years experience in leading digital transformation and/or change management consulting  
  • At least 2 years experience as the customer-facing lead or program manager of SaaS and/or technology deployments
  • Foundational understanding of the channels and technologies that support content marketing (social, amplification, marketing automation, CMS)
  • Quick learner capable of handling concurrent tasks in a fast paced environment with enthusiasm and willingness to constantly learn
  • Motivated self-starter who is comfortable bringing creative solutions to peers and leadership internally and externally, in order to evoke change and iteratively improve processes and business outcomes
  • Proficiency in leading change within complex organizations with little or no formal processes
  • Active listener who is able to influence and gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders often times with competing priorities
  • Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and independently 
  • Experience leading and facilitating in-person workshops and trainings for stakeholders at all levels, including C Suite 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% of the time)
