We're looking for a Sales Development Representative with 1-2 years of experience. In this role, you will be based out of our Austin office and will report to the Head of Sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute scalable demand generation campaigns based on data
  • Cold outreach via email and phone calls
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
  • Become a product expert and learn New Knowledge's selling practices
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
  • Identify qualified opportunities and accelerate deals at the top of our sales funnel
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, conferences, and demand generation activities
  • Stay abreast of the news for each account and industry trends you can leverage in your outreach
  • Work directly with Business Development Directors to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within New Knowledge’s key prospect & customer accounts

What You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Experience crafting customized, targeting communication to generate sales activity in an enterprise sales environment
  • Commitment to pursuing a career in sales
  • Consistent track record of overachieving
  • Empathic listener and persuasive communicator
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Salesforce experience preferred
