Our Story:

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the US Army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system, and upon completing his Wharton MBA, teamed up with co-founder/COO Adam Pardes to launch NeuroFlow in 2017. Beginning as a team of six people working in an office fit for two, we’ve since grown rapidly (over 50 employees and 10X revenue year-over-year growth) and earned numerous accolades from CNBC and others for our mission-driven, innovative work. NeuroFlow tools already support tens of thousands of people at hundreds of organizations including Jefferson Health and the United States Air Force.

NeuroFlow is a digital health company combining workflow automation, engagement tools, and applied AI to promote behavioral health integration in all care settings. Social isolation, economic downturns, and tense social conditions have amplified the effects of depression, anxiety, and substance use disorder.

NeuroFlow is looking for a mission-oriented, accomplished and driven Customer Marketing Manager to join our quest to provide transformational solutions and services for integrated behavioral health.  

Since 2017, NeuroFlow has helped leading health plans, provider systems and the U.S. military conduct integrated, evidence-based care, measure patient progress, and follow clinical practice guidelines. Our award-winning SaaS solutions, coupled with an extensive offering of care services makes NeuroFlow the leading enterprise-grade solution provider.

What You’ll Do:

NeuroFlow is seeking a seasoned Customer Marketing Manager to boost client engagement, brand advocacy, and (as a result) drive revenue. As a critical contributor to our success, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive client engagement and satisfaction of NeuroFlow’s products. This role collaborates closely with the clinical, sales, product and customer success teams and offers a unique opportunity for a smart and passionate marketer to directly impact how consumers access and engage with behavioral health.

As a strong candidate, you are forward thinking, strategically minded and also creative. You have a natural ability to build relationships across the organization. Your analytical skills will be leveraged to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts designed to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing and communications plans to optimize the post-sales process and customer experience.
  • Leveraging outlined pain points, value messages and positioning, lead creation of customer enablement support and resources (e.g. playbooks, adoption programs, scripts, presentations, training modules)
  • Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs and library of assets (case studies, etc); build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities; continually recruit new customer advocates
  • Collaborate with our customers for marketing execution and awareness of NeuroFlow products via social media, web pages, online events and much more 
  • Map upsell / renewal process, including key roles and personas as well as solution-based messaging and positioning documentation
  • Collaborate on annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience or certifications in marketing, communications, business, or health-related discipline required
  • Customer facing experience and executive presence
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably for healthcare SaaS product and service offerings
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
