As NeuroBlade enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an Office manager & Employee Experience to join our team. In this position, you will take charge of overseeing office operations and creating an organized, welcoming environment while actively contributing to employee engagement, welfare, and satisfaction. You will lead employee experience initiatives, including planning welfare programs and team-building activities, while managing the office's operational needs. The role also involves supporting key HR processes, streamlining workflows, and driving initiatives to enhance the overall workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, oversee office supplies and inventory management to support smooth daily operations, all while aligning with the allocated budget.
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships by managing service providers, addressing facility needs promptly, and fostering strong partnerships to maintain an efficient and well-functioning workspace.
- Lead employee engagement activities, including planning and executing team events, welfare programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Manage HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Meckano)- onboarding/offboarding, updating employee records & docs, and maintaining accurate data, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements, coordinating schedules, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and support company growth.
- Adress employee requests and provide solutions while collaborating with other departments to maintain strong communication.
- Provide operational support to the HR team when needed.
- This is an on-site position, requiring presence at the reception desk.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management/ employee welfare/ operational roles, or a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt through strong self-learning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Experience with office tools (Microsoft Office, outlook, Google Workspace, AI tools).
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
Advantage
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, GreenHouse or equivalent).
- Experience in a startup or dynamic environment.
- Background in human resources or employee engagement.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination
