Cloud Software Engineers develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse Big-Data Cloud systems in adherence with customer requirements. Our engineers directly contribute to all stages of back-end processing, analyzing, and indexing. Provide expertise in Cloud Computing; Hadoop Eco-System, including implementing Java applications; Distributed Computing; Information Retrieval (IR); and Object-Oriented Design. Must be able to effectively work individually or as part of a team. TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
Minimum five (5) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution. A Bachelor's of Science degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related STEM discipline may be substituted for 4 years of experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience developing software using Java and other high-level languages such as C and C++
Minimum three (3) years of experience developing software in UNIX/Linux operating systems (RedHat versions 3-5+)
Minimum three (3) years of experience software integration and testing (to include developing and implementing test plans and scripts)
