About the Team:

Netlify’s Revenue Operations team supports our Go to Market organization across its systems, data and processes. We work cross functionally with Netlify’s Marketing. Finance, Legal, HR and Product teams to help streamline our customer facing organization’s work and help Netlify grow faster. Our Data team supports the entire organization in addition to Revenue Tools and Business Intelligence.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and own sales performance metrics and reporting tools to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable pipeline and forecast data. 
  • Establish a Deal Desk process to support quoting, deal approvals and order management
  • Develop and implement sales territories based on data and GTM strategy
  • Work closely with our sales teams on a weekly basis across Pipeline and Forecast calls
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Netlify’s sales process while surfacing data driven recommendations to influence sales strategy and direction
  • Use your skills in tools like SFDC, Outreach, Gong to create an efficient end-user experience for our teams
  • Use your skills in tools like Google Sheets to manipulate, analyze and understand large amounts of data
  • Work closely with our GTM organization to support Customer Success & Solution Engineering teams
  • Partner closely across the GTM leadership team (sales, marketing, finance, partnerships) to develop actionable, measurable projects that accelerate sales growth

What You'll Bring: 

  • Several years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations at a growth SaaS organization
  • Deep SFDC experience, SFDC Administrator certifications are a plus
  • Success in running project timelines, communicating across business units and guiding Salesforce solutions
  • The desire to work in a start-up environment, driven to develop business infrastructure, and energetically scaling a high growth business.
  • A history of solving problems as you spot them
  • A good sense of curiosity to wonder “why”? 
  • A deep appreciation for efficiency and simplicity

At Netlify, we are committed to a compensation philosophy that prioritizes fairness and equity, positions our employee compensation competitively in the market, recognizes and rewards performance, and takes a comprehensive approach to our rewards package. We anchor our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the labor cost in a particular location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. Our base compensation for this role is targeted at $123,250 - $166,750 for most US-based locations.  Candidates outside the US or in premium markets should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as they may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
