About The Role

As an Agile Coach/Software Craftsman you work together with your colleagues in Delivery Assistance to fulfill our mission: we give everyone in NetEnt the ability to act as one on their own – with speed and quality. The way we do this is to improve people, collaboration, ways of working and products through support, training and coaching. This will make NetEnt better every day so players are more entertained – in a fair, responsible and reliable way.

You collaborate closely with leaders, managers and team coaches - primarily in Development but also in Operations and Business - to secure outcomes contributing to NetEnt’s mission, vision and strategy. More specifically, you will inspire our teams and developers to improve their craftsmanship every day.

Your Background

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Sociology, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.

5-10 years’ experience from outcomes based coaching of organizations to learn and improve based on Lean and Agile principles and practices.

Deep knowledge, experience and passion for software craftsmanship, e.g. Pair Programming, Mob Programming, Clean Code, Refactoring, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (A-TDD)/Behavioral Driven Development (BDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment/Continuous Delivery/DevOps/BizDevOps.
