About the role
As a Facility Manager at NetEnt you will plan and coordinate all facility related contracts and refurbishments within the organization, as well as performing control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, etc. At the same time, you will also be responsible to allocate office space according to our needs, handle insurance plans, service contracts, and keeping financial and non-financial records through analysis and forecasting.
The responsibility includes all our offices which are located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malta, Krakow, Kiev, Gibraltar and New Jersey.
Therefore, these will be the main areas of responsibility:
- Overseeing and agreeing new and existing contracts and providers for services including rent, security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
- Follow-up on budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Overseeing building projects, renovations, relocations and refurbishments.
