About the position

As a Java developer - Gaming Mathematician you will be responsible for improving, building and implementing tools for game prototypes, fraud detection and game simulations. You will also develop game concepts from a mathematical/mechanical point of view and help the Product Owners fine tune these game concepts into the best possible games on the market. You will in addition to that work on risk analysis together with our Business Intelligence Department to understand casino risk and determine probability of wins for player investigations.

That you hold a natural talent for understanding and solving abstract and complex problems and have a good eye for detail. It is important that you have an interest in understanding how different math models relate to and translate into player behavior and what appeals to the end user. We think you should have an interest in games both from a designer and player perspective.

What's your background?

  • University degree in Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics or Computer Science.
  • Experience in Java programming is a must.
  • Experience in the Gaming Industry, with understanding of gambling concepts is a merit. 
  • English: fluent in spoken and written.
