About the position
As a Gaming Mathematician you will be responsible for developing game concepts from a mathematical/mechanical point of view and help the Product Owners fine tune these game concepts into the best possible games on the market. You will develop math models for games and perform simulations to understand the math parameters and how they compare to other games in our portfolio.
You will also work on risk analysis together with our Business Intelligence Department to understand casino risk and determine probability of wins for player investigations.
We offer you a great opportunity to be creative and to work with new innovative ideas, from developing the initial gaming concept through to production of the final mathematical game design.
We think you have a natural talent for understanding and solving abstract and complex problems and have a good eye for detail. It is important that you have an interest in understanding how different math models relates to and translate into player behavior and what appeals to and triggers the end user. We think you should have an interest in games both from a designer and player perspective.
- University degree in mathematics or a mathematically orientated course.
- Experience in the Gaming Industry, with understanding of gambling concepts is a merit
- Programming in Java (alt. C,C++,C#) is a merit.
- English fluently in spoken and written
