As our new Director for NetEnt  Live you will be responsible for the success and profitability of NetEnt Live.
This includes leading the virtual NEL Management Team in defining relevant strategies, goals and activities, inspire, facilitate and follow up on agreed actions and results. The role also includes leading the Head of Studio Operations who reports directly to the Director NEL. 

This role reports to the Managing Director of NetEnt Malta and is part of the Malta Management Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue targets, goals and objectives as aligned with the company’s strategic plan for NetEnt Live

  • Be fully responsible for the P/L for the Live Casino function

  • Lead and facilitate the success of the virtual NEL Management Team where the Heads of NEL Productions, Development, Operations, Sales & Account Management and the Head of Studio Operations are represented, including leading expansion into new facilities on and outside of Malta.

  • Lead and facilitate the success of the Head of Studio Operations in his work creating a world class Live Casino Studio.

  • Continuously measure the performance of the Live Casino business, take immediate action as necessary to rectify deviations to agreed targets, goals and objectives

  • Continuously refine and improve routines and processes to maximize results, quality of work, efficiency and customer satisfaction with Live Casino

  • Build strong relations with key stakeholders internally and externally

  • Manage general administrative tasks for the function such as but not limited to: budget process, strategic reporting, salary settings, hiring of new employees and regular 1:1s with direct reporting staff

  • Being a role model for NeEnt’s Core Values and Challenger Culture ensuring that employees and Managers behave and act accordingly

Knowledge / skills / experience

  • Live Casino experience from a competitor or operator side

  • Studio experience from a competitor or operator

  • Great leadership skills, must have had full staff responsibility as well as being manager for managers.

  • Tech experience, preferably the following:

  • Technical understanding of infrastructure and technology for online services and streaming technology

  • Understanding of technical operations and operational functions. Also have experience from large scale development  organizations and product delivery.
