Nest Wealth is looking for someone that’s passionate about building innovative digital products and delivering outstanding experiences to B2C and B2B customers to join our team as Head of Product.

As the Head of Product at Nest Wealth, you will be instrumental in building, leading, and coaching a high-performing, modern, agile Product team that is changing the financial services industry. You will be a player-coach style leader of a team that assumes end-to-end product ownership responsibility, and you will work with cross-functional development teams to define and implement business strategies, requirements, product roadmaps, services, offerings and new features. Not only that, you’ll launch multiple entirely new revenue-generating products every year!

As part of the Senior Leadership Team reporting to the CEO, you will lead our product vision and strategy and demonstrate sound business decision making. You will exhibit strong interdepartmental leadership, working closely with our Head of Software and defaulting to action enabling your teams to do the same.

As the Head of Product at Nest Wealth, you will...

  • Develop and coach a strong team of high-performing Product Managers, Implementation Managers, and Product Designers
  • Support and motivate cross-functional teams to fail fast, collaborate, and execute
  • Lead the development of a clear product vision and strategy across multiple products and teams based on company-wide key metrics and initiatives
  • Execute on that product vision and strategy by defining and prioritizing the product roadmap to ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Deliver innovative digital products into the hands of customers consistently, rapidly and effectively
  • Exhibit strong interdepartmental leadership by closely collaborating with the Head of Software and the senior leadership team
  • Develop a strong product and design culture where teams understand the value of continuous, rapid testing and learning
